Kathmandu, 30 July 2007. South Asian civil society representatives reaffirm their commitment to the full realisation of peace, justice and food soverignity in South Asia. The South Asian Alliance for Poverty Eradication Annula general Assembly brought together participants from all countries of the region. They drew attention to the the failure of their governments to seriously tackle the root causes of poverty and inequality.
