Brussels, 1 December 2007.  Proposals are invited from NGOs from the twelve EU member states that joined the Union in 2004 and 2007 for activities that will increase the involvement of civil society actors from those countries in EU development policy dialogue.  The presidency Fund, that was established in 2005, aim to promote increased understanding and engagement by civil society around the EU's cooperation with developing countries.  Outline proposals are invited for submission before 15 January 2008. NGOs from Romania and Bulgaria are invited to participate for the first time.  More information
