14 May 2007.  The fourth Call for Proposals of the Presidency Fund was launched on 14 May.  NGOs from countries that joined the European Union in 2004 are invited to present proposals that have the potential to increase the involvement of civil society in dialogue on the EU's development policy and its implementation.  In the initial phase of the call NGOs are invited to submit an outline of the proposal using a form provided by the Presidency Fund.  These preliminary proposals should be sent to the Fund before the end of July.  Organisations submitting proposals that are deemed to fit the objectives of the Fund will be invited to submit detailed proposals.  The deadline for these proposals is the end of September.  For more information visit the Presidency Fund website
