Parliament considers CSPs under the DCI |

 As the European Parliament Development Committee considers the draft Country Strategy Papers for Asia and Latin America, Eurostep has sent a briefing paper showing that its analysis concludes that many of the draft strategies are not yet in a sufficiently developed state to be concluded. It urges the parliament to ensure that the strategies conform with the Develoment Cooperation Instrument and provide sufficient clarity on the use of community resources.
