at the Third UN Conference for the Least Developed Countries

Eurostep believes that the third LDC
conference provides a critical opportunity for the international
community to develop a practical strategy of engagement that will
lead to human centred development in the LDCs. Eurostep
and its member organisations will be participating in the
activities around the conference, both inside the official
conference and within the NGO Forum. These pages in the web
site will provide details of the various activities of Eurostep
and its members throughout the 10 day period of the NGO Forum and
the official conference. We will also be providing our own
comments on the ongoing official negotiations together with
proposals that we believe should be incorporated into the outcome
of the conference.
